With more then two decades of senior military and high-profile academic appointments, she lends her expertise at the nexus of international organizations, governments, academia and think tanks. She has held multiple leadership and management roles in the defence and military sectors dealing with international security, and more recently, with NATO policy as well as with senior professional military education (PME). Her teaching focuses on geopolitics, the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on international security policy and defence, the future of war, and senior professional military education. Her contemporary and future-oriented professional emphasis is on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes with arbitration and mediation at its core.
